Warranty Policy

  1. We provide 60 days’ warranty on all items unless otherwise stated – Please check the warranty section of the listing for the warranty period offered with each product.
  2. The Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package has sustained damage during in transit, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and it will be returned to us - Contact us immediately if this has occurred.
  3. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
    Please test your item at least twice to confirm that it is DOA and contact our Customer Service department to notify us, in detail of the problem that you are experiencing with your purchase - also please include video/photographic evidence of the issue with your item. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will provide you with return instructions if necessary.
  4. We do not accept any item/s returned by COD (Cash on Delivery). The returned postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. We require that you contact us before you return anything – items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
  5. All accessories and gift with purchases are not covered by any warranties - e.g. Batteries, earphones, cables, carry bags etc.
